Michelle Kapreilian has served at Chief Executive Officer of Forty Carrots Family Center (FCFC) since 2013. She holds a BA in psychology and brought two decades of business leadership experience and years of first-hand
involvement with FCFC to the position. Prior to taking the lead role in the agency, Michelle’s involvement with FCFC began with utilizing services as a parent and included extensive volunteer efforts in fundraising and holding
several key leadership positions as a five-year trustee, board officer, and chairwoman of the Governance Committee. Michelle’s professional background
includes leading a multimillion-dollar international furniture import business and co-owner of two local businesses. Under Michelle’s vision and leadership,
FCFC has expanded Parenting Education services, created the Child & Family Therapy department, and expanded access of all services, including high-quality
Preschool education. Currently, FCFC serves nearly 6,000 clients, with 94% receiving services at no charge or on a sliding scale. Since 2013, Michelle has led the agency through multiple fundraising campaigns and program expansion initiatives including a current $10M expansion campaign which includes a third campus which will allow significant expansion in all areas of
