Leaders need to lose control, or maybe a better way of saying it is leaders need to let go of control. This is the only way a leader can grow, and help other leaders learn and grow. Leaders must stop micromanaging, and work on their own leadership skills, to truly become a great leader. To do this, though, leaders must trust themselves.
