Feeling exhausted by the expectations, the responsibilities, the stress, and the generational trauma? SO ARE WE! Welcome to ‘Eldest Immigrant Daughters’ a podcast and community for the First Borns who were forced to raise children they didn’t birth, manage their households, and play translator, therapist, financial advisor, and more for their parents.

Leading in Colour is a community organization dedicated to supporting racialized leaders in building advocacy skills in anti-racism, decolonization, anti-imperialism, and unlearning internalized oppressions.

Johnny reflects on working with Native Montreal, what community looks like for Indigenous youth in Montreal and inter-generational knowledge sharing for young people.

Guneet shares the harms of internalized racism, issues facing South Asian diasporas and applying intersectionality to ethno-cultural community building.
