As the crisis in Ukraine continues to unfold, a variety of leadership approaches are coming into focus as the leaders themselves make their mark on the evolving conflict.  

This week, to assess the dynamics at play, we are joined by Mark Mellett. A former Chief of Staff of the Defence Forces, he has served his country for over 48 years in Ireland’s regular and reserve forces. He is a IMI Life Fellow and a member of the IMI Council.
