It is so easy to be silent when we know we should speak up. Adam was silent when Eve was being tempted and many men since then have struggled to be silent when they should be speaking into situations. Nehemiah is a great example of a man who consistently spoke into situations when leadership was desperately needed. His confidence was in the Lord, as ours should be. The same confidence in the Lord can give us courage to speak up.
