Leadership in Construction Episode #005 - Listen  In this Episode we speak with the brilliant Moreblessing Luxton.  Moreblessing started her career in Zimbawea then moved to the UK in the early naughties to join Highways England and work on some major schemes within the UK, since then More has moved to Zambia in her role as cross board infrastructure expert involved in developing cross border infrastructure cross 7 countries in Africa and improve trade and welbeing of the local residents.  In this episode we discuss the importance of listening to your team, stakeholder and empathising with their individual perspectives.   We also discuss the importance for promoting the construction industry to younger generations and particularly women.
