Our guest today is Tim Hill. Tim is British and is based in Germany from where he provides training, coaching and consultancy services to globally-operating clients.
His main focus is global leadership, leading change, and developing team effectiveness. He recently completed the programme “Digital Transformation: 5 Game-Changing Technologies for Business” from Imperial College Business School, specialising in gamification for assisting leaders in business transformation.

In this episode, Racheal talks to Dr Abiola Sarnecki about being a woman of colour in leadership, the importance of representation, and also what organisations can do to attract diverse talent, as well as creating a culture that retains them.
Abiola is a lecturer of Organizational Behavior at EBS Business School in Germany, where she completed her PhD in Organizational Behavior in 2017. Abiola has a Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering as well as an MBA. She has worked for over ten years as a management consultant in Nigeria and Germany. Abiola grew up in Nigeria and has lived in Germany for over 20 years.

We talk about her experiences as being one of the few female leaders at senior level, the importance of diversity and inclusion within companies, and for organisations to be more proactive in searching for female CEO’s. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Frans Hals Museum/De Hallen Haarlem museum, and a member of the board of Universiteitsfonds Utrecht. Tanja studied law at Utrecht University.
