Join us as Keith continues his series of conversations about guarding your testimony. Sexual compromise is rampant in the church, and it knocks many out of the race. It is especially rampant in the next generation. This next generation will not succeed if they have weak morality and they don’t have a clear code of conduct that is biblical regarding their sexuality. Keith shares about how, as a leader, we need to compensate the fact that morality is at a critical low point in the church. We do this by being obvious and clear as to what the biblical standards are, teaching how to walk them out, and, most importantly, modeling them. Show notes (posted every Tuesday) can be found HERE.
Join us as Keith begins a series of conversations about guarding your testimony. He has found that the casual consumption of alcohol has become part of many believers’ lives. It’s not a matter of addiction, but dependency. As a leader, we are not to be legalistic, but purposeful in the leading of our church and our example in the community. Keith shares how we can provoke a conversation about a sensitive subject and how we can sow vision into the next generation that dedication, consecration, and sacrifice are valuable to the Lord. Join us as Keith has a conversation about having an immediate and specific follow-up plan for new converts. He has found that many leaders agree on the ingredients, but fail to make and implement a plan. It does not have to be complicated. Keith explains how all you need is a “fast ball straight down the lane.” You will find that having, and implementing, an immediate and specific new convert plan will change the dynamics and have exponential impact on everything you are doing in your local church setting. Join us as we continue our conversation on the Art of Meetings. The Holy Spirit spoke to Keith one day after watching some guys drill a well, “If you stay in contact with all of the different soils in your church, you will hit water every time.” Many leaders make fail errors and do not act quickly because they are simply going on old information. Listen as Keith Tucci discusses how to drill down at every leadership level so that you will sustain the people who are serving and see the water level rising at your church. Join us as we continue our conversation on the Art of Meetings. Believe it or not, comfortable chairs and favorable lighting can make all the difference in people’s ability to receive and engage in a meeting. Preparing questions ahead of time to promote engagement and discussion is a must during preparation. Listen as Keith Tucci discusses The Art of a Meeting and how to set the atmosphere, be intentional, be engaging, and end clear. Show notes (posted every Tuesday) can be found HERE.
One of the questions we asked in a recent survey of our network churches was: Are there any practices that you used to do that are now neglected or not being done that need to be reinstated? The overwhelming answer: meeting with leadership groups. Listen as Keith discusses how regular leadership meetings make you accountable for the vision and process to move forward, keep you from being swallowed up by problems and “problem people,” and help you accurately assess the health and ability of your team. Show notes (posted every Tuesday) can be found HERE.
