About Sam Akinluyi Sam is currently the Managing Director for Innocent Drinks (UK & Ireland). He is also an Executive Coach, Facilitator and Speaker who works with leaders, leadership teams and aspiring talent. He has worked with board/senior-level executives across the Financial Services, Legal, Creative and Consumer Goods industries. He also supports several non-profit organisations and initiatives. Sam is also the Founder of Psalt - At PSALT we believe that everyone is unique. Everyone has distinctive qualities that make them special. We are skilled in helping people move beyond labels to create a world where individuals are valued and appreciated for what they can bring to the world of work.
Sam spent 20 years in the Consumer goods industry working for Nestl, General Mills and Mars; where he led the Commercial Strategy department and was also the Grocery Sales Director for the UK. His functional experience is in strategy, commercial and organisational leadership.
