Feeling uninspired in your job? Lacking authoritative and influential leadership that you wish you had? I've been there. In that job where you work your butt off to prove yourself and to grow, but everyday feels like a chore because there is no one there to motivate you,to inspire you, to reinforce or congratulate you on your accomplishments; no one to show you true leadership.  This is my journey from rough beginnings working in the dark with little to no guidance, to being excited to get up for work everyday because I am inspired to wake up to great leadership and support!
