The best legacy we can bestow on the world is to become a leader and then help others do the same.

If you are a leader, ask yourself these four questions:

1) We get tired when we lack vision. Leaders don’t get tired, they get inspired. Do you have a crystal clear, compelling vision for your life?

2) It’s easy to love life, our relationships and business during the HYPE, or during the good times, but do you love it all during the HARD? Leaders look at “winter” as an opportunity to create, an opportunity to grow.

3) Are you a victim to your circumstances or a VISIONARY for yourself and others?

4) The greatest leaders receive the greatest lessons. What great lessons have you been taught or are you currently going through that are equipping you to become the person you were destined to be?
