As we begin the new year, we continue the Worship Warriors series. Worshipping God must become a lifestyle to have an abundant life and accomplish our God given purpose in the earth. Developing a lifestyle of worship is important, we live for the Lord not for ourselves. As we Worship the Lord he transforms our mind and the territory we are living in. Worship also transforms us from the pattern of the world into the life structure that God has for us.

Wise Men/Women worship Christ. We are foolish to worship any other except the one true and living God through Jesus Christ. We make ourselves low and lift God up high. We have our inner voids filled, unlock solutions, unlock healings, unlock revelations through worshipping God. True Worship involves us Worshipping him for who he is not manipulating him for him to move for us. We must humble ourselves, for God is holy!

We are in a spiritual War as Christians. We are soldiers in the army of the Lord. Our adversary Satan wants to steal our worship and have us to anger God and be a cursed people. Worship is a weapon we can use to overcome the enemy's plans. Let's learn how to be Worship Warriors and defeat our enemy at every turn

We must worship the Lord to set the atmosphere to receive God's word and his revelation. The glory and presence of God will come and release the word and revelation of God to us! Then, once we are in agreement with God and on one accord with our brothers and sisters in the Lord, the wind of the Spirit will blow! Wind can change seasons, wind can refresh wind can move you from one place to another! Let the Wind have it's way!

God wants us to demonstrate the fruit of the spirit in our lives, this is a sign that we are mature as leaders and ensures that our leadership will be strong and endure. Lack of maturity will cause us to fail in our leadership

We discuss hindrances to mature leadership so that the leaders in the body of Christ do not disqualify themselves from leadership and the promises and blessings that God has for them! 

Leadership is not to be abused, misused or consumed for one's own pleasure. Leadership is designed to be a serving function to help others reach their goals and potential. Leadership is an opportunity to love and serve. We examine the scriptures to see the signs of mature leadership. We also see what NOT to do, i.e., fighting for power, attacking one another and completing for positions. Love is the key element in leading and serving is the mentality we need. 

     In order for your ministry and Kingdom Leadership to be effective, there must be a good foundation. The word of God gives us 7 principles in 2 Peter to demonstrate the building blocks of character needed to establish effective leadership and great kingdom impact. One cannot leave a lasting legacy or impact without these seven principles. Many have led without character and have short success and weak impact. In order to have greater impact and greater longevity and legacy, please apply these building blocks to your character. Your ministry will flourish and be productive in great measure if you do this! 

The Lord is ready to bless and release power in your life. But you must prepare for it. Many of us have been in a season of famine or drought. God is ready to change the seasons. In fact, he is saying, it's coming, get ready. Don't wait until the rain begins to fall to get ready. If you do that you may miss the blessing. Get ready now. Praise God for the promise. Get ready mentally and physically. Operate in anticipation of increase and begin to speak that increase is already here. Your faith and ability to receive, unlocks the blessing. Watch the rain begin to fall in your life! 

     Sometimes part of the process of multiplication includes persecution. It is important that as believers who are spreading the gospel of Christ and living for him, that we do not allow the pain of persecution to stop us. The 12 apostles were sharing the gospel then put into prison by the religious leaders and commanded not to speak any more in the name of Christ. They refused to stop and continued spreading the gospel. Multitudes were saved. Don't allow pain, persecution or intimidation to stop you from doing what God called you to do. God will give you multiplication if you perservere!
