Sure, you can say you're the boss.....you're the manager......you're the leader.  No matter what you think you are, your team will never achieve the highest results unless they are willing to actually follow you.  In this week's podcast episode on the Leadership Lifestyle Podcast, we dig into the difference of having employees and those that will follow you.  Think of the first leader that actually saw you.  They actually noticed you could be more than you are now.  Do you instill that in others?  Are you just expecting people to do what they should because you said so?
