The age old question in leadership is are the entrepreneurs better leaders or those in corporate or established company leaders?  Which group brings the best skills to the job?  In 1980, my parents did it.  They left normal jobs and started a business they never worked in.  My journey in leadership was on the traditional side of leadership so it was much different for me.  I’m not sure I would take the same risks.  I also can’t ask them about how they knew what to do since they have both passed due to lung cancer.

So we examine which style brings the best, the bragging rights and the downfalls of both styles.  We also discuss how you can determine which style might be the best for you.  Either way, which ever style you are……or at least you’d like to be, you learn which style will serve you the best.

Some people never get past winning, and some people never get past failing. In this week's episode, we discuss the old saying, "It takes years to build trust, but only seconds to break it."  While there is a lot of truth to that, most relationships you'll develop will build trust in a matter of seconds.  We'll share some stories of obvious and not so obvious breaches of trust.  Then we'll dive into how small interactions are building or breaking trust.

It is within these interactions that people build their Response Code for other people and decide what level of trust the other person has earned.  If you want to be a Legacy Leader, meaning, creating other Leaders to follow you, you must reach the 4th level of trust.  We'll walk through the four levels of trust and talk about how you create Inspired Followers, just a few seconds at a time.
