In life we are called to be leaders, either among business, family or the community. God has called all Christian leaders to be a constant practitioner of servant leadership and an influencer to those we interact with. The disciple Paul was a true servant leader, he wrote, “now I rejoice in what I am suffering for you, and I fill up in my flesh what is still lacking in regard to Christ’s afflictions, for the sake of his body, which is the church. I have become its servant by the commission God gave me to present to you the word of God in its fullness” (New International Version, 2011, Col. 1:24-25). This passage establishes the foundation for how influential organizational participants can excel in effective biblical leadership.
