Organizations fail or succeed because of its Leadership and not because of its Management. The reason being that you can train anyone to manage your resources but you can't train anyone to have a vision, conviction, determination and tenacity to guide, inspire and empower people to attain a great height and call bigger than them. Some of us can see miles ahead, while others can only see their toes.

Likewise, individual can fail in his/her quest to acquire financial independence if he/she can lead his/her life with conviction, vision and tenacity to succeed.
