Burnout...is something that has become an epidemic for leaders today. While there are many reasons for this, I believe a lot of it has to do with how define and interpret success. In this episode I address this in a small way as well as talk about some physiological signs that precede "burnout". So, whether you're burned out yourself or not, I believe these next two episodes in particular would be a beneficial listen.
