There are three ways we can identify in which leaders can influence culture: in how they make decisions, how they communicate, and the ways of working they establish. Given the current maturity level of your organization, choose an agenda to influence the culture in an appropriate way.
In this presentation we will introduce the Leadership Practices model, the cultural agendas in terms of values for each maturity level, and the three ways leaders can actively pursue these agendas.
We will look at examples of Game of Thrones characters as they worked to achieve these agenda during the series, studying their actions and the results they got, in terms of the Kanban Maturity Model.
