On this week’s episode of ScaleUp Radio we focus on Leadership.

 

Leadership is a concept that means different things to each of us as business owners, depending on where you are on your scale up journey, and our own leadership style.

 

So, if you’re a solo’preneur, or have a handful of people or have multiple layers of management larger business, the kind of leadership required will be different – but equally important wherever you are on your scaleup journey. 

 

To give you a quick flavour of some of the things we cover, we look at aspects of leadership including:

 

 - Establishing just what it means to be a Leader within a business. Is it just being The Boss? The Owner? The CEO? Or is there something more to it than that?

 - How to make sure that you are able to function as a Leader, and don’t keep get dragged back in to the day-to-day- running of the business.

 - When to change from being the only Leader in a business, to being a Leader of Leaders when it is no longer possible to the be the only one driving the business forward

 

We also hear from Dr Lizzy Bernthal who gives her experienced take on Leadership within a business, talking about the importance of Trust and listing the C’s of Leadership.
