Artificial intelligence is transforming how work gets done, but it’s also revealing something critical: Technology doesn’t replace leadership. It exposes it.
In this episode of Serving Up Success with a Splash, we explore why Emotional Intelligence (EQ) has become the most essential leadership skill for 2026. As AI accelerates decision-making, automation, and efficiency, the leaders who stand out aren’t the most technical; they’re the most human.
We break down how self-awareness, empathy, emotional regulation, and trust-building are now non-negotiables for leaders navigating AI-driven organizations.
