In this week's episode of the Leaderpod we are talking to Betsy Polk Joseph, Boaz Avraham-Katzand, and Benji Stern about allyship through the High (HOLI)days for Judaism.  

The high holidays are the holiest days of the year for people who follow Judaism including Rosh Hashanah, and Yom Kippur. The 10-day period between these two holidays, is when the deep reflection occurs. It takes a leader to be willing to engage this process, and it takes a leader to support others through this process. Leadership needs to come from both sides of the coin.
