Nikki has Graduate Degrees in both Business and Organizational Management. She has a passion for learning and leadership study and is actively involved in raising the bar of leadership at her place of business. When not in the office, she enjoys hiking, reading, spending time with her husband and 11-year old daughter... and the occasional Netflix binge.
