Larry is the author of "WHY listen to, work with and follow YOU"
He is a global leadership expert who highlights communication as the most critical yet least well-practiced aspect of leadership, using his 3 Qualities of True Leadership: Authenticity (AQ), Empathy (EQ), and Intent (IQ).
I can't tell you how much I enjoyed the practical information that came from this interview. I am grateful that Larry reached out to be a guest.

I met Daniel some years ago as we were both involved in a charity for orphaned children in Thailand. His background with CBA now sees Daniel on the speaking circuit and consulting with businesses to build Empathic Leaders. I particularly like the angle and perspective Daniel has in this talk on what it takes to be an empathic leader. I think you will glean some great ideas from this interview. Enjoy!

In this episode, I was fortunate to interview John Buchanan the former highly successful coach of the Australian cricket team. During his period as a coach (1999 - 2007) the team achieved a number of records including 16 straight Test match victories, 21 consecutive One Day International wins, and two world cup victories, including 24 games undefeated. His winning record of over 75% makes him the most successful coach in history.
If Better is Possible is the first book written by John and is popular with athletes, coaches, and corporate leaders. In his second book ‘Learning from Legends – Australian Cricket’, John focuses on leadership. I hope you enjoy this episode - I know I did - as we focus on Leadership.
