As we progress through this difficult situation, the Podcast series which is led by the National Showcasing Team of AIESEC Sri Lanka has been a great addition to our viewers.

The first episode of this series was completed by bringing up the discussion on "How leaders should adopt to the next five years" and the second episode brought up the discussion on "Welcoming change creates a better leader."

Continuing forward the third episode will bring up the discussion on "Team management, member motivation, and member retention."
