We are living in a collaborative culture. We invite and accept collabs on social media. To get work done, we have to collab with various people in multiple job types and functions. We are independent workers in an increasingly interdependent world. Then why are some people not collaborative and still insist on going at it alone? Let's sip the error of these ways. Together. Grab your coffee and let's collab!

I had the honor to sip with the inspiring TEDx Speaker Robin Nathaniel. Robin has a story of resilience, creativity, and reinvention. Beginning his career as a musician, Robin’s artistic roots laid a unique foundation for his journey. This experience in music, with its emphasis on connection and storytelling, naturally paved the way for his transition into the professional world of social media. Living by the motto "Connect. Create. Contribute," he aims to inspire a wave of positive transformation.
I learned so much from him and appreciate his authenticity, vulnerability, and simple yet powerful framework for driving human connection in an increasingly digitally-connected world.

Shame and guilt do not belong in the toolbox of a leader - not for ourselves or to do to others. So why do we allow these two things to impact our leadership journey so deeply? I'll share some of my own struggles and how we can let go of guilt and shame once and for all to be better leaders of ourselves and others.
