Leading at home!  Date your spouse - don't let complacency take over your marriage.

Are you being transparent with those you lead… and most importantly, yourself?  If not, what steps can you begin taking today to achieve this?  As the Dalai Lama once said, “A lack of transparency results in distrust and a deep sense of insecurity.”

As a leader, it is important to develop those around you.  Allow your team to shine.  Give them autonomy to make decisions and above all, listen to them.  If you are the smartest person in the room, you probably need to move to a different room.    

If you have employees or co-workers brave enough to give you feedback - listen.  The best way to see yourself and performance is through the eyes of others…
