Episode #616: When you experience setbacks and frustration, you may be inclined to take it personally. But that’s not the way to do it. You have got to ask yourself, “What can I learn from this?”. Remember, you are not the only one who’s experiencing setbacks, other people do as well but they handle it well and get better. So what do you do? Bounce forward with resilience.

Episode #609: I’m gonna tell you a story about a softball game when a team of little girls beat their opponents 27 - 1. These little girls were scared to death when they first started playing, but their genius coach found a way to ignite their excitement and play the game the right way by putting colored smiley faces on different balls.
The thing is, you don’t have to take baby steps. Baby steps are BIG! You should start with micro-steps and that will lead you from one thing to the next until you reach the highest level possible.
