He says people don’t realize how bad it is when we wouldn’t let people finish their thoughts. Oftentimes, many business leaders with very dominant personalities don’t want to hear and listen. It’s either their way or the highway. In reality, a leader can learn much in listening to the feedback from the upper management down to the security guard. They can then lead with better understanding and kindness.
