It was an excellent read---very well organized and concise

It was an excellent read---very well organized and concise. As a middle level manager, I will use it as a reference to prepare each time I have an executive-level meeting. The material was not academic/theory, but rather, based on solid real-world time spent sitting with those at each side of the table. I highly recommend this book to a middle-manager.
