Two levels of change happens in leadership with time: 1. Things will change. And 2. People will change. So, the leader must decide which level of change should be a priority i.e., changing things or the people.

Sustainable change is impossible when things change without people changing, but when you change the people for good, they will end up bringing about the real change of things.

Reflection: Which of these changes is your priority as the leader? Are you more interested in changing things than in changing the people you are leading?
