Every leader has a bias to the three realms of life where they desire change to happen while providing leadership: 1. Physical realm, 2. Mental realm, and 3. Spiritual realm. Understanding which of the realms you lean towards more to is key to helping you know where you will target change.

This bias is shaped by the leaders' personality as some would prefer to bring about change in the physical than in the mental and spiritual realms of their leadership regardless of what needs to be done. However, leadership is about striking a balance to accommodate all kinds of change in these realms that will move the people from where they are to where they ought to be in record time.
