In this episode, I explain, why I believe, at some point in your career it is not more expertise that will help you develop your leadership, but other qualities and skills; empathy, deep listening, the ability to bring people together, bridge between different perspectives, the courage to have difficult conversations and take decisions for example.
To develop these, you don't need another degree or title, but first and foremost the ability to lead yourself; know yourself (your values, vision and what is yours to do and what not, in a given context), observe yourself, know your patterns, step out of your comfort zone, set priorities and boundaries etc. For this you need space and time.
I explain how I can support you through coaching in this process and how this is different from mentoring, consulting or therapy.
