This week's episode is our CEO Heath Eslinger talking about how to manage the emotions of when your kid is playing, not playing at all, or playing very little. He gives practical advice all throughout and does a Q&A at the end of the session. Often times we can place our value or worth as a parent in how good of an athlete our child is, how good of a student they are, etc. This is a dangerous place to be for you and for the child. Heath talks about his challenges as a parent and how he tackles that very situation, along with so much more!
