1) Godly leaders understand that greatness is about servant heartedness. 2) Godly leaders don’t find their worth, significance, identity or security in being leaders. 3) Godly leaders do not make use of control, manipulation or domination in order to lead. 4) Godly leadership is focused on raising others up, and is not intimidated by their gifting, anointing and calling.  

But most importantly: Godly leadership looks like Jesus.
