The definition of kindness is the quality of being generous, considerate, and friendly. It’s a simple concept, but one that can be difficult to put into action at all times. Have you ever stopped to think about WHY it’s so important to be kind and how it can impact you as the giver? 

In this episode, we chat candidly about kindness and altruism. We also dive into the vast amounts of research about kindness and how it can impact our physical health as well as our life satisfaction.

What does it mean to be a leading lady? 

Our summer read of Take The Lead is coming to a close and this question is what I’m reflecting on.
