# 10 : In the episode I wanted to talk about leading through change, the importance of setting a foundation and a clear vision on delivering our goals. In a world where change has been thrown upon us we have had to evolve, some for the better and some for worse depending on how we looked at the situation, or for some how we have been lead through change. Important factors to be mindful of in any circumstance is how you show people you care and the attitude we portray and carry through it. Remember the culture you create at home and business is the foundation of your future success, so make it solid and work as a team through change.
