Olabukonla (Ola) Mise is a Community Development professional with over 12 years of experience across the Consulting, Financial Services, and Non-Profit sectors. Ola is passionate about driving community change and is the founder of The Successful Newcomer, through which she provides personal, career, and business development support to newcomers within the community.

Additionally, she serves as a part-time Professor at Conestoga College and works as a Program Coordinator at the YMCA of Three Rivers. Furthermore, she offers Training and Consulting Services to Non-Profit organizations through her consulting firm called The Ola-M Company Inc.

Ola has trained over 2,000 professionals across various industries and cadres, via online and in-person workshops, webinars, and conferences in Nigeria, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada.
