It is the culmination point where the many pieces of our learning, growing, and understanding of our path and purpose all come together.

Once you’ve learned how to navigate your spiritual journey and align with what you want, your gifts and awareness will begin to grow even stronger.

What does self-care mean to you?

This area of spiritual development emphasizes personal healing and clarity on your higher purpose.

This is the first step before anything else can happen.

If we aren’t deeply connecting and accepting of the self, we won’t have clarity on what we want, or be able to help others.

I will walk you through the process of:

- Noticing personal patterns and what they are tied to

- Healing trauma

- How you can improve your overall well-being when you truly dedicate yourself to self care
