Children need the full gospel—we can't jump straight to "Jesus loves you" without first teaching them about who God is, who man is, and how our relationship is broken and needs restoration. This episode also includes some practical direction on how to point your children to the gospel such as:
- Pray for their salvation when praying with them.
- Teach them straight out of the Bible—not just children's story Bibles
- Avoid pressuring them to make a decision.
- Don't ignore external behavior—use it as a bridge to show them their need for a savior.
