Unless you've been living under a rock you have to have seen or heard about Popeye's new chicken sandwich, which they don't have anymore btw. The long lines, the viral videos, the challenges, the review videos, the memes, the fights... shiiid. It's been crazy BUT, it has most definitely also been a wild ride for Popeyes Louisiana Cuisine. I can only imagine the excitement in their restaurants and corporate offices at the market acceptance of their new chicken sandwich.

Stop being super sensitive and learn to laugh at a persons version of the truth, which is exactly what Dave Chappelle is telling in his new stand up on Netflix called "Sticks and Stones". In this episode we discuss how thought provoking this special actually was and how it makes you look at today's most challenging issues in a different light. Personally, I don't see what all the uproar was about but in an effort to relate to my fellow Americans, I will attempt to watch Sticks and Stones again with a more critical eye. Maybe I'll see, maybe not. What I do know is that we have got to stop being SO sensitive about these issues and connect and relate on the issues that we can agree on. Divided we fall....

In this episode we have to get real with ourselves. Sometimes I get fed up with my own paradigm, which causes a lack of confidence, procrastination, uncertainty and a myriad of other things that hold us back from our goals. BE GREAT. In everything we do, be great. In all things that you pursue be great. Even from the smallest of things to the greatest of things. BE GREAT and stop playing around with life. It's too short and it's too many awesome things to accomplish. Own your legacy.

Be fruitful and multiply... One thing I've learned over the years is that you can't judge a book by it's cover but you can dang sure judge a tree by it's fruit. In this episode we discuss how you can forecast how a situation, person, or opportunity will turn out based on the past fruit that they've produced. Too many times good people get burned when dealing with 'opportunities' that they think will be different for them knowing good and well that they should look at all the tell tale signs in order to make good decisions based off of sound judgement. 

An apple tree will produce apples. An orange tree, oranges. The difference with us is that we have the power to change the fruit we produce. So we should constantly examine ourselves and look at how productive we are and if we are producing the type of fruit that we want. And why would someone want to partner with us if we aren't productive? Be fruitful and multiply.
