We all have to commit to something in this world. Even in our environments, we have a lot of things already committed to us. I’m sure there is a general understanding, that in order to receive something that is worth having we have to work for it! Rather that is business, relationships, or hobbies; a commitment is required. In this episode we “LEAN INTO” the realities of commitment and it’s challenges.

The Black Crisis is used to exemplify how we (those in black&brown community) have always and still do “Have to work twice as hard”. Without economic resources, health aid, and other resources, we are left to build it ourselves. We’ll speak about the layers to this genocide and the miseducations of it!
