Dr. JoNeil Conley is a nurse, leadership scholar, and workplace bullying researcher with decades of experience in healthcare. Her doctoral research examined bullying through a systems lens, including organizational predictors and patient safety consequences.Dr. JoNeil Conley is trained as a board-certified neuro-somatic practitioner and trauma-informed coach, with additional training in Quantum Time Release and the Quantum Change Process for resolving deeply held emotional and stress patterns. Her work also integrates evidence-based leadership and relational frameworks, including the Outward Mindset (Arbinger Institute) and The Empowerment Dynamic (formerly known as the Empowerment Triangle), helping individuals move out of reactive survival roles and into clear, grounded leadership and self-trust.She works with nurses and healthcare leaders recovering from burnout, moral injury, chronic stress, and the after-effects of bullying, helping them separate what is personal from what is systemic and rebuild stability without self-blame or over-functioning.
Her work bridges clinical experience, research, and trauma-aware leadership to address what bullying actually does to the nervous system and why recovery requires more than grit or positive thinking.
