Happy 2022!

In this episode I reveal some hidden secrets that will surprise you!  I've been diving deep into spirituality the last two months.

I took an Arhatic Yoga class led by Master Co, an amazing Pranic Healing teacher and leader.  I have been consistently practicing meditation, and it feels good to be committed to my morning routine.

One of the cool new experiences I had recently was QHHT -- Dolores Canon's Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy with my friend Kahu Lahela.  She asked me to write out two pages of questions to ask my Higher Self regarding past lives.  I wrote seven pages of questions!

I have been on a spiritual path for a few months and learning so much from the Universe.
