In this episode, I share about the two root emotions that determine our wellness, financial gain, quality of relationships --- every aspect of our lives.

All emotions stem from either Fear or Love.  

Dr. David Hawkins measured the frequency of these emotions.  Fear calculated at 100 Hz. and Love at 500 Hz..  The emotion of Courage at 200 Hz. marks the threshold where we start to view life as feasible and shift to more positivity.

Having a courageous mindset begins with an awareness of our thoughts because they create our emotions that either move our lives forward or keep us in our comfort zones.  Instead of thinking, "What if something bad happens (fill in the blank with a negative thought)?"  Ask "What if (positive outcome)?" questions.  See things from a different perspective!  

Check in with yourself to determine which emotion is guiding your actions.  Ask yourself questions like:  "Am I making this decision from fear or love? -- and--  Is my intention coming from the place of love or fear?

Happy 2022!

In this episode I reveal some hidden secrets that will surprise you!  I've been diving deep into spirituality the last two months.

I took an Arhatic Yoga class led by Master Co, an amazing Pranic Healing teacher and leader.  I have been consistently practicing meditation, and it feels good to be committed to my morning routine.

One of the cool new experiences I had recently was QHHT -- Dolores Canon's Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy with my friend Kahu Lahela.  She asked me to write out two pages of questions to ask my Higher Self regarding past lives.  I wrote seven pages of questions!

I have been on a spiritual path for a few months and learning so much from the Universe.
