Learn By Doing Podcast

Clayton is the worship pastor at Oaks Church in Red Oak, Texas.  He provides oversight to all music and worship ministry as well as directing and teaching students through the Oaks School of Leadership's worship internship.  Clayton recently oversaw the development of Oaks Worship's most recent album entitled "Strong."  You can download/listen to the album on any major online listening platform.  Clayton is married to Andrea "Aunie" Brooks and they have three boys: Connor, Cayden and Asher.

Scott Wilson is the Senior Pastor of Oaks Church, ministering to approximately 4,000 people every week in the South Dallas area.  He is a frequent conference speaker, and provides mentorship for hundreds of pastors and church leaders.  Scott is committed to raising up the next generation of leaders through the Oaks School of Leadership, preparing more than 100 students every year for ministry who are also obtaining a university degree. Scott has written several books, including his latest releases "Spread the Fire: Spirit Baptism in Today's Culture" and "Clear the Stage: Making Room for God."  Scott is a loving husband and proud father.  Scott and his wife, Jenni, have three boys: Dillon, Hunter, and Dakota.

Joseph Kellogg was our guest speaker today, February 7, 2019.  Joseph is the Student Pastor of Oaks Youth at Oaks Church.  Pastor Joseph spoke on creating a culture.

Kate Guajardo, Associate Oaks Kids Pastor, talks about the changing seasons of ministry and how to adapt in each of those seasons.
