My best friend gifted me with a mic. I know. The thoughtfulness! She knew what I needed before I even knew I did... This episode is a deep reflection of grit. I can definitely say that I've been through some deep emotional battles, obstacles challenges that almost discouraged me from fulfilling my purpose. I was holding myself back. Didn't have anyone to blame but myself for my actions and behaviors... I wasn't seeing the outcome I wanted for myself. Sitting around repeating the same ole actions, being content with the way things are surely wasn't doing anything to help the better collective. Continuing onwards, making the time for yourself, to better you, the community, and as a result, the world starts with awareness, LOVE on your heart, and effort. I know it's not easy. The Bible never promises us an easy journey. You gotta better yourself before you can help the betterment of the world fam. That doesn't mean you should give up.
