This 10th episode teaches you how to ask to try on an item in Spanish. If you like an item but want to try it on, there are two ways to ask. You can do it by specifically naming the item or you can refer to the item as “it”, just like in English.

This 8th episode brings together all you have learned in the last four episodes. Say the following in Spanish. The first time through we will only say the English version so you have time to say it in Spanish. The second time through we’ll say it in Spanish and English so you can see if you got it right. 

Sometimes you need to buy items for people other than yourself. Let’s practice telling the clerk who you are buying the items for. This 7th episode teaches you just that. It may be helpful to review Unit 1.10 of the podcast if you struggle to remember how to say each family member.
