This is part 3 and the final episode of the process series. In this episode I talk about what I have learned through process and in creating this series. I talk about how I'm overcoming imposter syndrome and what I've learn through the process of starting L'Sayz Podcast. I also talk about the struggles of being a perfectionist and changes I'll be making going forward. Through talking about what I've learned, I share a lot of practical ways to overcome the struggles faced in process and some better ways to overcome imposter syndrome as well as perfectionism. Also, towards the end of this episode I ask you all some questions and share a journal prompt so feel free to share your answers, or feel free to write them down, save for later, or keep them to journal for yourself, whichever you'd like. This episode is also the final episode of 2022, I'm beyond excited for the future of this podcast and all 2023 has in store for L'Sayz Podcast and all my lovely listeners. I hope you all enjoy your holiday's; I'm going to take this break to get ready for the New Year. I have so many great things to plan for this Podcast for the upcoming year, that I can't wait to share with all of you.
