This episode is about an organized upload I got, spiritually, about learning and teaching. It specifically brought my attention to teachers, how I remembered many of my teachers to be, parents and adults in an authoritive position where teaching and learning is involved. I believe that both are necessary and not to rest on the laurels of our accomplishments, as we all, no matter our titles and positions, will always be learning as we go.

Especially during the season of love, valentines day comin up, many people will feel sorry for themselves especially when they are single and even when their not. I myself have fallen into this trap of feelin sorry for myself and this is how i got out of it.

In this episode I am exposing my moments of doing social media and where and why I was faking the funk. I wanted to put this out there in hopes to help others drop their ego and to stop hiding as the ego does want to protect us. This is my personal testimony of my journey and how I got caught up in my heart space and some tips on how to not fall for the b.s.

This episode I speak about uncontrollable thoughts and give guidance and tools on how to control them via, finding where they come from and ultimately getting rid of the thoughts that no longer serve you.
