Welcome to the most chaotic and joyful interview, I have done! Del is my 4-year-old nephew and, like most kids, loves dinosaurs. However, Del has extensive knowledge that needs to be shared with the world, and his little sister Lucy shows up for support. I hope this interview brings you as much joy as it brought me. Special guest appearances by Del and Lucy's Mommy and Daddy, Heather (my sister), and Gabe (my brother-in-law).

Last week, I appreciated the pause. To be honest, between being sick and getting medical treatment, I was toast. It sounds strange, but permitting myself to pause was good. I felt rested and keenly aware of where I lacked or had too much of.
